Dream it.
It all begins with a dream. Dr. Geiger and his wife Tiffany dreamt of creating a visiting practitioner group who could travel directly to the patients and give the loving care they deserve within their living environment. Their six children went on to speak about how their family can give back to our patients and decided to plant cedar trees in their honor!

Build it.
We contract with parks and schools around the patients we visit to plant the cedar trees. This is something that the patient’s families and friends can admire for generations to come!

If you would like to donate to our Non-Profit organization, The Lily Foundation, please click the link below. Proceeds go towards helping the elderly get items they need as well as helping educate those who care for seniors through school scholarships and so on.
For every new patient that signs up with Cedar Medical Group a cedar tree is planted in their honor!
